New Riff Silver Grove Bourbon 2023

113.5 Proof | Aged at least 4 years

56.75% alc/vol. | Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This annual release contributes proceeds to the Silver Grove Community Foundation. But the inspiration goes back to 1933, and to what used to be America’s Greatest Whiskey City: Cincinnati, Ohio! As collectors of whiskey and its history, we have obtained an especially rare “dusty” bottle of Bourbon, distilled in 1917 by the Edward Brinkman Distillery in Cincinnati’s Carthage neighborhood, and bottled in 1933 by the George T. Stagg Co. in Frankfort, Ky. We love to shine a light on our tremendous whiskey history here in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati, and what better way than with a commemorative bottle. For 2023, we have turned up the wick with a barrel proof, hand selected vatting of barrels from 2018 and 2019 that amplify our flagship high-rye recipe. This exciting release is our first-ever barrel proof Bourbon that is not a single barrel.
