At New Riff, we believe in using whiskey as a vehicle for good. From the very beginning, we’ve been committed to lifting up the communities where we live and work, making giving back a core part of who we are. This dedication is reflected in the programs and partnerships we’ve built, with initiatives that support local organizations, celebrate our community, and create meaningful impact through every bottle, pour, and collaboration.
One of our signature initiatives is our annual Silver Grove release, created to celebrate the opening of our barrel warehouse in Silver Grove, KY, and, more importantly, to give back to the community that now hosts our growing operations. Proceeds from each release support the Silver Grove Community Foundation, funding local projects and initiatives that strengthen the city and improve the quality of life for its residents. Each release is a distillery exclusive bottle, available only at our Newport gift shop.
Our quarterly Cocktail Giveback is a simple, delicious way to support non-profits doing important work in our region. Each quarter, we feature a special cocktail in The Aquifer Tasting Room and donate $3 from every drink sold to the selected organization.
Headliner is our way of turning a special whiskey release into real community impact. Each year, we partner with local non-profits, dedicating a significant portion of Headliner bottle sales directly to their mission. The program launched in 2024 as part of our 10 year anniversary celebration, and since then Headliner has become a powerful channel for giving back, raising more than $130,000 for organizations committed to making a meaningful difference in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.
The New Riff Honor Project is our commitment to supporting the organizations that serve military veterans and their families. Founded by New Riff team members who have served in the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Army, and Marine Corps, the initiative uses our whiskey and our platform to raise both funds and awareness for veteran focused causes.
We partner with local and national organizations to select special single barrels that are sold exclusively in our gift shop. A portion of every bottle sold directly benefits the featured organization, helping advance their mission and amplify the vital work they do for veterans in our community and beyond. Through the Honor Project, we’re proud to stand with those who have served by supporting the groups dedicated to supporting them.
