1 Add all ingredients to a mixing glass then add ice and stir.

2 Strain over a rock in a rocks glass or coupe.

3 Garnish with an lemon peel.

7 Chai Tea Bags

48 oz Demerara Sugar

24 oz Water

Add water to a small pot and bring up to a slow rolling boil over medium high heat. Add tea bags and steep for at least 5 minutes. Fish out tea bags with a slotted spoon, making sure to press out any extra liquid from the tea bags into the pot. Lower heat to low and add sugar. Stir sugar until it has completely dissolved. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer to strain out any tea leaves. Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
