1/2 oz Honey Rosemary Syrup
Make Your Own

4 oz Grapefruit soda or juice

Garnish: Fresh Rosemary

1 Add bourbon and honey into a shaker tin and shake. If using grapefruit juice add to the shaker tin and add 1/4 oz more honey.

2 Pour into a glass with ice and top with grapefruit soda.

3 Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Honey Rosemary Syrup

16 oz Honey

16 oz Water

3 sprigs Rosemary

In a large pot mix water and honey together on a low heat. Use the whisk to slowly stir as the mixture heats up and help break up the honey until it is all incorporated. Mix in rosemary and let it sit for 20 minutes. Scoop out rosemary before storing in an airtight container. Keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
