1 dashes Tiki Bitters

1/4 oz Pineapple Demerara Syrup

Garnish: Dehydrated lime wheel

1 Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

2 Add ice, Mix and strain.

Pineapple Demerara Syrup

24 oz Demerara Sugar

12 oz Pineapple Juice

In a large pot mix fresh pineapple juice and demarara sugar together on a low heat. Use a whisk to help incorporate the sugar and continue to stir until sugar has dissolved. Do not allow mixture to boil. Once sugar has dissolved, allow to cool and store in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
