3/4 oz Cinnamon Honey Syrup

Garnish: Lemon wheel or peel

1 In a shaker tin add lemon juice, cinnamon honey syrup and rye.

2 Shake well.

3 Strain over new ice, garnish with a dehdrated lemon wheel or lemon peel.

Cinnamon Honey Syrup

16 oz Honey

16 oz Water

1 Stick Cinnamon

In a large pot mix water and honey together on low heat. Use a whisk to slowly stir as the mixture heats up. Continue to whisk together to help break up the honey until it is incorporated. Mix in cinnamon and let sit for 20 minutes. Scoop out cinnamon before adding syrup to bottles or airtight container of your choice. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
