52 oz Strawberry Lemonade

4 oz Amaro (Such as Montenegro) or

1 oz Angostura Bitters (optional)

1 Add all ingredients to a punch bowl and serve.

2 To make strawberry lemonade from scratch whisk together 4 cups of lemon juice, 6 cups of water, and 3 cups of strawberry syrup.

4 lbs of Strawberries

4 cups of Sugar

4 cups of Water

Prep your strawberries by removing the tops and halving each berry. In a large pot bring the water to a boil and then add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Lower the heat to medium low and add the strawberries. Stir and let simmer for 15 minutes then cut the heat entirely and allow to steep for another 15 minutes. Strain and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
