1 oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Pomegranate Mint Syrup
Make Your Own

Garnish: Grapefruit peel

1 Add all ingredients in a shaker tin.

2 Shake well, strain into coupe and garnish.

Pomegranate Mint Syrup

2 cups Sugar

16 oz Pomegranate Juice

1/4 cup Mint

1 tsp Orange Flower Water

In a large pot add sugar and pomegranate juice over medium heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Take off the heat and add mint. Steep mint for 5 minutes. Strain out mint and allow mixture to cool completely and add orange flower water. Store in an airtight continaer and keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
