Our Bonded tour offers a firsthand look through the nooks and crannies of our bourbon distilling process, from grain to barrel. We’ll explore fermentation, distillation, and the Barreling process. This dynamic tour features tastes of our award winning spirits throughout the tour path including New Riff Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon and our exclusive Single Barrel selections. Following the tour, each guest will receive a $10 token for the retail shop that can be used on purchases of $25 or more. The token discount cannot be bundled with other discounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a tour to visit the distillery?

No. Our gift shop and tasting room are both open to all visitors during business hours.

Is there parking available at the distillery?

Yes, there is a free parking lot directly in front of the building.

Can we bring kids into the distillery?

Children are welcome in our gift shop and visitor center. Guests participating on distillery tours, tastings or classes must be of legal drinking age (21 years old and up). Please Drink Responsibly.

Can I take photos and/or film at the distillery?

Handheld filming and photography are permitted at New Riff Distilling and at New Riff West Campus provided that such activity does not interfere with regular tours, scheduled single barrel selections, events, functions, and does not pose a security, health, or safety risk. Further, the use or re-use of the filming or photography output must not be deemed inconsistent with the interests of, or in violation of, the policies of the Distillery.

The use of tripods, stands, drones, off camera lighting, or any other equipment or materials deemed hazardous by New Riff staff is not allowed.

Professional photography sessions or commercial shoots are not permitted without prior written approval from New Riff Distilling.

Are tours ADA accessible? Do you have an elevator?

Yes, our Distillery and Tasting Room are both accessible. There are no stairs leading to the front door and our large elevator has plenty of room for wheelchairs and anyone assisting.

Can I gift a tour to another person?
