Join us every Thursday in our West Newport Campus Tasting Room and spend a couple of hours experiencing the fine balance between art and science as you blend your very own bottle of whiksey. You’ll create your personal blend based on the practices our distilling team uses in our sensory lab. Consider the intricacies and differences between individual barrels, and create your own test blends, tasting and analyzing how the puzzle pieces of flavor, texture, and aroma fit together.
Our team will guide your hands-on experience as you taste and blend three individual barrels into your perfectly balanced blend, ultimately bottling your very own creation to take home.
There is limited seating for the Blend experience. Tickets are $90 per person and include your 750ml bottle. Blend experience alternates each week between Bourbon Blend or Rye Blend. Select the Bourbon Blend or Rye Blend buttons below for specific Blend experience.

Yes, there is a free parking lot directly in front of the building.
Children are welcome in our gift shop and visitor center. Guests participating on distillery tours, tastings or classes must be of legal drinking age (21 years old and up). Please Drink Responsibly.
Handheld filming and photography are permitted at New Riff Distilling and at New Riff West Campus provided that such activity does not interfere with regular tours, scheduled single barrel selections, events, functions, and does not pose a security, health, or safety risk. Further, the use or re-use of the filming or photography output must not be deemed inconsistent with the interests of, or in violation of, the policies of the Distillery.
The use of tripods, stands, drones, off camera lighting, or any other equipment or materials deemed hazardous by New Riff staff is not allowed.
Professional photography sessions or commercial shoots are not permitted without prior written approval from New Riff Distilling.
Yes, our Distillery and Tasting Room are both accessible. There are no stairs leading to the front door and our large elevator has plenty of room for wheelchairs and anyone assisting.
