Bourbon Whiskey Sour with Red Wine Float

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz New Riff Bottled in Bond Bourbon
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • Red Wine

Mix:

  1. Mix Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in Shaker Tin over Ice
  2. Shake until cold and strain over ice into a Collins glass
  3. Float Red Wine on top by pouring slowly over a spoon
