New Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz New Riff Bourbon
  • 1/2oz Demerara simple syrup (1/2 cup sugar in the raw, 1/2 cup water- bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.)
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Garnishes:

  • Orange peel
  • Luxardo cherry

Mix:

  1. Add New Riff Bourbon, Demerara, bitters and ice into a mixing glass.
  2. Stir, then strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel and a Luxardo cherry.
